Participating restaurants will be promoted across website, social media, PR media outreach, and more.
The event has potential to broaden to sub-categories and specialist areas over time as we understand more of what Canberrans want to experience and what is proving popular.
We will establishing a governance board with people in the sector to direct and oversee the event. Structurally through an appropriate trust based entity.
